Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Thumbkiss account and all associated data at any time. Deletion removes your profile, pairing, messages, photos, videos, drawings, diary entries, game history, purchase-linked entitlement records and push tokens from our systems. This action cannot be undone.

Option 1, In the app (instant)

• Open Thumbkiss and go to the Profile tab.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
• Confirm. Your account and all data are deleted immediately.

Option 2, Without the app (email request)

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address linked to your account at support@thumbkiss.app with the subject Account deletion request.

We verify the request using your account email and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by reply. No app reinstall is required.

What Is Deleted

Account profile (name, email, birth date, photos), pairing and partner links, all chat messages and media, stories, memories, diary entries and photos, bucket list, letters, drawings, game sessions and scores, AI sessions and generated images, location fields, notification tokens, and analytics identifiers tied to your account.

What May Be Retained

Records we are legally required to keep (for example purchase and refund records held by Google Play or Apple, aggregated non-identifying analytics, and abuse-report records where retention is required). These are not linked to a usable profile after deletion.
